One Workplace Equal Rights is here to tackle racism and promote equal opportunities in the workplace by providing accessible information and advice regarding your rights at work, in relation to race, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, religion or belief and gender identity.
The project reflects the STUC's ongoing commitment to advance equality issues. It also forms part of the Scottish Government's One Scotland campaign.
With the guidance and expertise of our partners, including key equality agencies and other equality networks, the One Workplace Equal Rights project delivers a range of awareness-raising activities and resources for Trade Unions, employees and employers.
