One Workplace Equal Rights is here to tackle racism and promote equal opportunities in the workplace by providing accessible information and advice regarding your rights at work, including new rights under EC equality directives, in relation to race, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation and religion.
The campaign reflects the STUC's ongoing commitment to advance equality issues. It also forms part of the Scottish Government's One Scotland Many Cultures initiative and is a development partner of EU Equal COOL.
With the guidance and expertise of our partners, including key equality agencies and other equality networks, the One Workplace Equal Rights project is developing resources to mainstream equalities best practice in Scottish workplaces and trade unions. For more information on our plans, click here.
